Audit the record, not a screenshot. A free read-only view of your client's evidence.
If you audit an organization that uses Opafra, that organization can give you a read-only view of its records, free of charge. You work in the records themselves, not in a folder of screenshots.
The view
The records as they were written. Nothing you can change.
The evidence page shows what each record looks like.
- What you can see
- The access records, access reviews, restore tests, change records and audit log of the organization that gave you access, in the same form its own team sees them.
- Read-only
- A viewer cannot run a plan, approve a change or edit a record. What you see is the record as it was written.
- Free for you
- There is no fee to you, and the viewer seat is included in the audited organization's plan.
- Granted by the audited organization
- The organization you audit gives you the access, the way it adds any member.
What you take away
Each record with its time, actor and approver. In a format you open without Opafra.
What you see in the view, you can take into your own working papers.
- Exports
- The audit log exports as CSV or NDJSON, which you can open without Opafra.
- Time, actor and approver
- Each record shows when something happened, who did it and who approved it.
How to get the view
Ask the organization you audit.
The organization adds you as a viewer, the way it adds any member. Opafra does not need to be involved and you do not need an account for any other purpose.
See a record before you ask for one.
Open a demo to see what a record looks like from the inside. The reply is in writing, within one business day. No call needed.
